I planned a big trip for my parents to go see their very first NFL game, and I wanted it to be a stress free experience for them. I was referred to Antoine for a private car service, and this guy seriously was so impressive!!! I was able to prepay for the services, and He was texting me and promising to take good care of my parents, picked them up from the airport, took them to the game (even stayed on top of the game time changes so he could pick up my parents from their hotel) and was pretty much there for whenever they needed a ride anywhere. Antoine- I seriously cannot thank you enough for how great you are and for how well you treated my parents. Whenever i get down their for my first NFL game, I’m totally calling you!!!

Antione is a saint!! I originally found this company via Groupon because my daughter and I were taking a trip and I don’t trust Uber or Lyft to get you anywhere important on time. Let me tell you people, you get exactly what you pay for by choosing ZMAKC! And it is worth every penny!!!

My daughter turned 18 in May and decided to plan a “adult” trip with a friend to Florida. On the day of their 5 pm departure they couldn’t find a ride due to peaks in the way other services charge. As a mom, I instantly reached out to Antione with ZMAKC. It had been two years but he remembered my voice, our previous trip and actually cared that I wanted to be sure these new adults made it safe in one piece. Antione was able to squeeze this airport trip in during rush hour and gave this worried mom updated on their arrival at MCI. He provided my daughter with his contact information in case anything went wrong or she needed help.

I was already a fan based on our first trip with Antione together in 2019, but he came to the rescues again when it came to me for the girls to come home five days later. At the time Florida was experiencing incredibly heavy rains. My daughters plane was set to leave Fort Lauderdale at 10 AM and arrive in Kansas City at 3PM. First reschedule was at 12 pm Florida time.. every hour on the hour there was an additional delay. It got to the point where it was 6PM Kansas City time, girls were on the runway, and then the pilot timed out and had to turn around and head back to the airport! After spending 12 hours in FLL airport and on a plane fully masked, my girls finally got a ride home to MCI.

Antione was with me and her every step of the way from 11 am kc time, until their plane landed at MCI 12:30 am.

I get up at 3 AM, during the week to go to work, but I was fast asleep at 9 PM. As soon as I knew they had taken off in FLL, I was able to rest knowing Antione and ZMAKC we’re taking care of my daughter and friend.

I have two round trips with ZMACK. I cannot speak any higher about this company and Antione. I would highly recommend you get off the Uber/Lyft train. They are affordable, reliable, and you can trust them with not only your own trips, but trips with your precious cargo in tote.
